Our Aid Deliveries

Since our founding in March 2022, we have been transparently documenting our work — from emergency aid at the Polish border to medical deliveries to the University of Poltava.

12 tons of medical supplies for the University of Poltava

Our largest delivery to date reached the clinics of the University of Poltava on February 18, 2026. Twelve tons of urgently needed medical supplies — including surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment, bandaging material, and medications.

The joy upon arrival was overwhelming. Doctors and nurses who had been working with scarce supplies for months could not hold back their tears. Dr. Olena Kovalenko, Head of Surgery, said: "This delivery literally saves lives. We can now operate again without worrying about basic materials."

Particularly moving: A young mother whose daughter was waiting for an urgent operation embraced our helpers in tears. Thanks to the new equipment, the procedure was performed that very same week.

Winter aid for 200 families in the Poltava region

At minus 18 degrees Celsius, our aid convoy reached the Poltava region. Warm clothing, blankets, heating supplies, and food for 200 families — many of them internally displaced persons from the east of the country.

The distribution took place in the university sports hall. Hundreds of people waited patiently in the cold. When the first packages were handed out, many women broke into tears. An elderly woman, Halyna (67), who had fled from Kharkiv, told us: "I have lost everything — my house, my garden, my neighbors. But today I feel that someone is thinking of me."

The children were especially delighted with the warm winter jackets and boots. A little girl, Anya (5), clutched her new jacket and refused to take it off.

Three months of procurement work paid off: Through our purchasing cooperative, we were able to acquire high-quality surgical instruments and a portable ultrasound device at cost prices.

Professor Dr. Mykola Bondarenko, Head of Surgery, personally received the equipment. With tears in his eyes, he said: "This ultrasound device means we can now examine patients on-site."

For the youngest, the essentials: The children's clinic at the University of Poltava received urgently needed antibiotics, fever syrups, and childhood vaccines.

A mother, Tetiana, pressed our helper to her chest, crying: "My son Dima has had a fever for three weeks. Today the doctors can finally give him the right medication."

At the same time, we distributed school supplies to 120 children — backpacks, pens, notebooks, and books in Ukrainian.
